About the BTN Academy Courses

The BTN Academy’s Foundation Academy provides a deep understanding of the fundamentals of nutrition, covering topics such as weight management, macronutrients, micronutrients, hydration, sleep science, and dietary tracking methods.

Upon completing the Practical Academy, I will achieve an Active IQ Level 4 qualification in Nutrition Coaching. This advanced certification focuses on bridging the gap between nutrition science and its practical application, preparing me to provide high-quality, personalised nutrition coaching.
